Located within the Best Western Hotel in Oshawa we are able to offer your guests discounted room rates; room blocks and ample parking is available on site.
We offer two ballrooms (West and East) that can seat up to 275 people and includes:

- Standard Audio Visual: Wireless internet, microphone, sound system, podium and projector screen
- Durham Banquet Hall and Conference is pleased to offer you a selection of additional state of the art audio visual equipment upon request with advanced notice.

Durham Banquet Hall & Conference Centre in conjunction with Pelican Catering & Event Management offers you any additional rentals you may require for your event (specialty linens, décor services (backdrops, ceiling décor etc…), centerpieces and more. If we don’t have it we would be happy to work with you to find one of our preferred vendors that do.
